Nomads M2 lose a close game 5-0

The scoreline may indicate a hammering for Men's Seconds, but it was a lot more positive than that!

Despite a sodden environment, some excellent Nomad hockey was played - particularly around the back with excellent 7 yard passing and for the first 75 yards of the pitch. Credit to Wisbech, they had a couple of well worked goals: one from open play and another from a nice short corner routine.

We'll dust ourselves off down (or rather rinse ourselves, given the weather) for next week. Matt will rue the missed opportunity to score in the first 90 seconds. Tim will certainly rue that half-cocked pass in the D to a Wisbechite on the P spot until the morning after the Club Dinner!
